Gerente de Marketing (LATAM, Part-Time)
The purpose of the Marketing Manager at Blockchain Acceleration Foundation is to drive the organization's marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility via social media and other methods, and promote the adoption of blockchain technology worldwide. The Marketing Manager will specifically focus on creating content & managing social media platforms, targeting the English and Spanish-speaking audience, and leveraging their expertise in blockchain technology to effectively communicate the foundation's mission and initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting our end-to-end content strategy and you will work with our Head of Growth and Events Manager to craft compelling narratives across all touch-points (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, email, etc). The ideal candidate is an empathetic, cool, and funny storyteller that sees content marketing as an exciting creative process and an important growth driver. Our goal with this role is to leverage our content and our social media presence to make BAF a recognizable and deeply loved brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content calendar for all BAF channels to engage students in the US and Latin America.
- Develop marketing materials to help partners share our opportunities.
- Take ownership of our Monthly Newsletter that highlights BAF stories, events, updates, and opportunities.
- Develop clear and engaging content that delivers on our growth goals and our members’ needs.
- Use SEO best practices to create content briefs for long-form articles, videos, and infographics to increase site traffic and acquire new members.
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Craft easy-to-digest content for all of BAF’s new programs.
- Help build and maintain our voice guide and content standards.
- Manage our channels: Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, newsletter, and Web3 native social platforms.
What we are looking for
Key Criteria/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the blockchain or technology industry, with a specific focus on social media management and growth.
- Experience in creating content and managing social media platforms utilizing social media management tools.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing social media marketing strategies. You will be asked to share case studies of your work.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong network and connections within the Spanish-speaking blockchain or technology community.
- 20 hours a week commitment.
