The Blockchain Acceleration Foundation **(**BAF) Fellowship is an invite-only program for top tech talent looking to build Web 3 courses, friendships, products, and companies. First and foremost, the fellowship is a place to learn and serve. Over the course of 3 months, each BAF fellow is expected to build a BAF project that aims to accelerate blockchain education and adoption.
You are not required to apply with a project, but you can if you have one! There is no teacher and students, no trainer or trainees; it is a custom Web3 experience for those who are not afraid to take things into their own hands.
Our vision is to create an incentive-aligned, automated, and tax-exempt nonprofit that scales blockchain education, development, and adoption around the world.

BAF is a pool of energy powered by serendipity, experimental practice, and deliberate experiences.
The fellowship runs for 3 months, with flexible commitment. Fellows who are involved will share prompts and projects they’d like to see built with BAF Fellows and with the broader community. Our partners are leading experts that are so willing to engage in the community to mentor, support, and fund projects. The BAF fellowship is also the first framework we are trialing to design creative, perpetual funding mechanisms for BAF members to build projects and allow them to operate in line with our mission.
